Superhero Night w/ Aeroview Ward

True, I'm writing this on the last day of January, but there's no better time than the present! This year is going to be a big one for us and our family.
Hina turns 28 this month (6 Jan 2016)! WOOOOOOHOOOOOO! It was a simple birthday but, as she said, it was perfect! So that's what matters the most.
Nicola got married this month, on the 8th, and it was the rainiest, wettest, dreariest, windiest troublesome day and despite that it's a fond memory for all of us (there was a lot of murmuring about this at the time, believe me). It was a small wedding in a Pavilion at the top of a hill in Hamilton and it was sweet, intimate and beautiful.
February will bring our wedding anniversary (14 Feb 2016)! We've already decided that we "aren't doing anything" because of the wedding in Hawaii that we want to go to...(more on that further down)...but we all know that not "doing anything" for one's wedding anniversary is unacceptable and punishable by Doghouse Tenancy, so we're going to need to "do something" about it aren't we?
Also we have Hinalei's birthday on the 9th of Feb! She'll be 7! She wants to have a princess party and to invite her friends from Church and School.
April brings Joseph's 5th birthday! As of this writing, we're going to be homeschooling him for an additional year. We think that Hinalei will miss her brother, but it'll be the best for him. He is a sharp witted, creative-thinking, problem-solving, kind-hearted and outspoken boy. We know he's smart. We just don't want to "tell a fish to climb a tree and then he ends up thinking he's stupid" so to speak. We know he's intelligent and he will learn in his own way that's best for him and we want to condition him be ready to learn in a rigorous classroom environment. Ideally we'd have a teacher that understands how he learns (by doing things) and they'll cater to him. We will find that teacher.
In May, my brother Vincent is to be sealed to his wife and son (they have another on the way too)! It's going to be in Utah. I hope to go, but it will take a miracle (or several) for that to happen.
In June Ricky is going to be sealed to Kulia in the Laie Temple. The whole family is looking at being there. It's going to take a lot of work, prayer, work, money and work for us to make it there. Worst case scenario, Hina and Lennie go to represent our family. Best case scenario, Holiday in HAWAII for all of us! Hm, maybe I should seriously consider a night job.
Yeah the first half of this year is loaded with some heavy hitting events and I'm looking forward to them and the other things we get up to later on in the year.
In July, Lennie is 2 (wow time just GOES) and I'm 31 (#WompWomp)!
In October Rawiri is 4 (cute kid, man)!
And then the Year counts down to CHRISTmas.
I'm hoping to keep our blog updated a bit more often, mayyyyybe once a month is modest enough a schedule.
