6 month 3 week Check Up

Yeah it was that time of the month again for Hinalei to go and have her check up! This time she is weighing in a 18.10 pounds and had a major growth spurt measuring 27 inches. That is a full 3.5 inches in growth from her last check up!

Here is an update on Hinaleis her quirks:

* She sits up nice and strong
* She loves to suck on her toes so no more nail polish
* She chews her tongue which always has us thinking she is eating something
* She loves to suck on her hand and make loud noises
* She always blows loud rasperrys at the wrong time which of course makes us laugh
* She knows who mum and dad are and whimpers if she isn't been held
* She loves to sing song in the car
* She dislikes her carseat with a vengence
* She loves to eat solid and always tries to feed herself
* Loves to go for walks in her stroller
* She loves to get wet
* She has managed to sneak her way into bed with mum and dad

We love her so much!!!! EVERYONE needs a BABY GIRL!!!

Universal Studios/ Disneyland and Other California Fun!

We are back in Laie! We miss California terribly especially all of the little sisters because we just had so much fun with them. This is an all inclusive blog about what we got up to in California because I just don't want to make like 4 different posts, lazy I know but here we go.

Hinaleis first taste of chocolate.... yup it was all Grandpas fault!

One of the most fun things we got to do was to go to Universal Studios, if you haven't been you must go, they have this awesome strip before Universal Studios that has shopping places, food courts, cinemas and it just makes it more exciting as you walk towards the actual park. Universal has more shows than rides it is so worth it to watch the shows. DEFINITELY do the Studio tour FIRST! I loved the Jurassic park ride and the SIMPSON ride was so so awesome.

This was so awesome! The actual car from the Mr Bean Movie!!! I was so excited to see it!

I almost jumped out of the cart when they told us that the show they were filming that we had to be quiet for was Desperate Housewives! I am such a big fan!!! I wanted to see Eva Longoria.

The WaterWorld Show

This was from the awesome waterworks show, okay half was through this show a huge plane flies over the top of one of the proms! It was so totally awesome. The pyrotechnics was awesome!!!

Look! Joe got to go on stage....lol.... just kidding Honey... this was from the animal actors show, these guys are really good as well.

Okay now we switch with the next set of pictures. Leilani Farrao was doing an internship at Disneyland so she got me, Joe and Hinalei in for FREE, yup it was so awesome. We got to go on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and the Indiana Jones ride (BOTH were AWESOME) and also meet the Princesses and a bunch of other fun stuff!

This is so cute this picture, Hinalei would not look up for a shot because she was so mesmerised by all of Jasmines jewelry, she even tried to grab the crown! It was so cute!!!!

Here is the last funny story, this was Joes Ukulele that his friends sent to California for his birthday, he didn't have a case so he had to carry it on the plane, the men behind us had an extra seat so they told Joe he could sit the Ukulele there....they even gave the ukulele a pillow and blanket. We later got told that we had to put it in the overhead cabins because we didn't pay for the seat, can you believe that people actually pay for there instruments to have a seat??? Lol... it was still cool!!!
