Just thought I would let you know that I am 21.6 pounds (9.8kg) lighter.
It has really been a working progress.
My goal is to hit under 100kg by Christmas morning. I am on track so far.
Weight watchers really has been the best program to follow.
I now run 6 days a week (rest Sunday) and I ran 5km without stopping the other day.
It feels great.
I have also noticed I have more energy and that the heartburn I use to get on my left side when I would sleep has gone.
