I don't know.
But I have lost 7 kg or 15 pounds in the past 7 weeks and I am really happy for it. I am no where near my goal weight YET but I have been making a lot of little goals and that seems to be the key. I am trying to get back to pre-Hinalei weight right now. I am following weight watchers. It is a really good program to use. I love the tracking system but I mostly love that you don't have to give up anything you love, you just have to control the amount you eat of whatever it is you love otherwise you might run out of points. I have come to appreciate vegetables and fruits more as snacks (coz they are free) and I realized that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Also I know it is cliche but knowing that you have to stand on that scale each week is a good motivator especially when you have to pay for each meeting and only a dummy would pay money to be told you gained weight! I am also following this running program called couch potato to 5K. It is a really good program for someone like me who hates running but wants to do exercise but is to poor to afford anything else. It sets you small goals per week as far as running. Right now I am doing about 2.8 km every 3 days. It seems short but I don't think I have ever committed this much to an exercise routine before and I can tell it is working. I can tell my breathing is getting better, my legs don't ache like they did in the beginning and I even increased the treadmill speed last week because I felt I was going to slow.
Anyways I just wanted to share my small accomplishment. Here is a picture of me with little boy before I started and then their is a picture from just this week. Like I said... Slow and steady.
